Planning/Preparation/Opening

My heartfelt thanks to each of you who have united with us in prayer and financial support.  It has already been 1 year since we opened our doors as Summit Bible Church and Family Resource Center.  For the first eleven months, services were held in my remodeled garage.  This arrangement worked well but we were anxious for the day to come when we could move to a larger setting which was accomplished on August 20th.  We are now meeting at Peyton Middle School where the worship service is held in the "Commons Area" with classes & nursery held in an unused wing of the school.  We do have to set up and breakdown the worship area each week but the S.S. rooms and nursery are more permanent and appropriately decorated.

We have been able to purchase the following items:

•   Communion Service Trays
•   Electronic Music Keyboard
•   Decor for Sanctuary Area
•   Church Banner Display
•   (1) Desk Top Computer
•   (2) Projectors
•   (2) Projector Screens
•   (2) Portable Chair Racks
•   (2) Laptop Computers
•   (50) Padded Folding Chairs

None of this would have been possible without each of you.
